1. About Novanex

This online store is operated by Novanex LLC, based in Colorado, United States. “Novanex,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Novanex LLC.

These Terms govern purchases from our store and use of our website. Please review them before placing an order, together with our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. By placing an order after being given access to these Terms, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to act for that business.

2. Customer Information and Payment

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and payment information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

If you create an account, keep your login information secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity. We may request reasonable verification before processing an order when necessary to prevent fraud.

3. Product Information and Use

Review the product description, specifications, condition, compatibility, and included components before purchasing. Contact us if you need clarification about a product’s suitability for your intended use.

Product images may appear different because of screen settings. This does not excuse material differences between a product and its description.

Follow the product’s instructions and safety guidance. Damage caused by misuse is addressed under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes our responsibility for accurate product descriptions or applicable warranties.

4. Prices, Availability, and Orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Product availability and prices may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.

Where permitted by law, we may decline or cancel an order before shipment because of unavailable inventory, a material listing or pricing error, failed payment verification, or reasonable evidence of fraud. We will notify you promptly and refund any payment collected for the canceled portion to the original payment method.

If a material error affects your order, we will explain the available options rather than substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your consent.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping options, charges, and any stated shipment estimates form part of the information provided for your purchase.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe or the deadline required by applicable law, we will notify you and provide the required options to accept a delay or cancel for a refund. Store credit will not replace a refund required for an unshipped order.

Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears lost. We will investigate and provide the resolution required by the circumstances and applicable law. Our request for prompt contact does not shorten any statutory claim period.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

Return requests are handled under the Return and Refund Policy applicable when your order was placed. That policy explains eligibility, the request process, inspection, and store credit.

The policy’s 14-day return-request period does not shorten any applicable statutory warranty or legal claim period. Where applicable law or an applicable warranty requires a refund, repair, replacement, or another remedy, those requirements take precedence.

These Terms do not disclaim applicable implied warranties or replace any separate warranty provided with a product.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Use this website lawfully. You may not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate others, interfere with the website’s operation, or access accounts or systems without authorization.

Website text, images, logos, and other content belong to Novanex LLC or their respective owners. You may use the website to browse, evaluate, and purchase products. Commercial reproduction or use of protected content requires the rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law.

We may restrict website or account access for material violations of these Terms or reasonable security concerns. Such restrictions do not remove our obligations concerning paid orders or your legal rights.

8. Shopify, Other Services, and Privacy

Our store uses Shopify’s ecommerce platform. Novanex LLC is the seller responsible for purchases made from this store.

Separate services, such as optional payment services or external websites, may have their own terms and privacy practices. Their involvement does not remove Novanex’s obligations to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared in connection with our store.

9. Website Availability and Liability

Website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems.

To the extent permitted by law, Novanex LLC is not liable for indirect business losses, such as lost profits or business interruption, arising solely from temporary website unavailability.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by a defective product, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. It does not restrict your rights concerning purchased products, applicable warranties, refunds, or other mandatory consumer remedies.

These Terms are governed by Colorado law and applicable United States federal law, except where mandatory laws applicable to your purchase provide protections that cannot be waived.

Please contact us if you have a concern so we can attempt to resolve it. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising any legal right or meeting a legal deadline.

11. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms for future transactions and will revise the date above. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.

An update does not retroactively change the terms or policies applicable to an existing order.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
